For logging of high temperatures the first question is: Is it possible to insert the sensor probe into the place of interest and keep the data logger outside? If so, the new T-TEC data logger for Pt100 is a great choice. The T-TEC 7-3P and T-TEC 6-3P range H is accurate to within 1 degree C up to +300 degrees C. Probes can be made to suit the application.
