Ordering and Shipping

International Orders

International orders are welcomed. Please check the distributor list to see if there is a distributor in your country. To order, simply contact us via our contact details or use our feedback form to order the product of choice. At the same time, inform us of your preferred shipment method, along with other relevant details. You will receive a quote, either by fax or email, including prepaid shipping costs.

Payment Methods

Temperature Technology accepts different payment forms: such as the major credit cards (visa, mastercard, bankcard). We also accept American Express and Diners cards, genuine bank cheques, genuine gold coins, Australian postal money orders and EFT (electronic funds transfer).

National and International Shipping

International shipping addresses are welcomed. Temperature Technology is happy to oblige to preferred shipping directions, couriers, special express, and so forth, for both international and Australian addresses. The cost of shipping is separate and borne by the purchaser. If shipping specifications are not supplied by the purchaser, goods will be sent by our preferred method. Preferred shipping for small goods is Australia Post. For larger items: within Adelaide, we prefer to use APD, for Riverland areas, it's Golden Riverland Express, for both interstate and international shipping we prefer to use Australian Air Express.
