T-TECW v11.8 issues and bugs

Versions prior to software v11.8 seems to overwrite your key when installing. Please save a copy of your key (t-tecw.key in C:\T-TECW)! Software v11.8 will ask if you wish to allow it to overwrite on installation/update. Say 'NO!'

Very recently, we have heard of three computers, that all seem to be running Vista, that has experienced issues when going to View > Zoom.  So far, as we understand it, the program window is vertically divided into six parts, with the odd-numbered sections missing all data, and the cursor is unresponsive (no zooming is allowed).
