Quick check
Aim the thermometer at the target and press the measurement button to display surface temperature. To get an accurate reading the thermometer must be very close to the target. When EzyScan is held 1cm from the target, it will read the average temperature over a circle with 1cm diameter. Target must be matte (not shiny or reflecting) and dry.
Scan:
Keep the button pressed to scan temperatures. Life the finger and EzyScan will hold the last measurement for 15 seconds. You can take a reading without being able to see the display, if you can check it quickly afterwards. In lock mode: scan for maximum 60 minutes continuously.
